Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida. The overall experience was good but overpriced by all means. They also tried to charge me for my 1 year old for tea. I had to pay for my 4 year old. No refills, no second round of sandwiches. Didn’t even ask what we preferred and just brought everything out. It was good for a one time experience for Mother’s Day, but I don’t see myself going back again.
