So much fun! Great food, cocktails and service! Celebrated daughter’s 21st birthday and could not have asked for a better, unique experience!

Washington dining & cocktails is a true gem. We have been coming here for over five years now, and they’ve never once disappointed. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between relaxed and refined—ideal for a casual drink or a special night out. The menu is always fresh and flavorful, and the cocktails never disappoint. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. Our regular server Ariana goes above and beyond every time we visit. Attentive, and warm —it's the kind of genuine hospitality that keeps us coming back. It’s rare to find a place that feels both elevated and familiar—but after all these years, Washington still gets it exactly right.

Wonderful cocktails- inventive takes on classic cocktails and excellent innovation, too (making great use of local spirits). All the food was terrific- generous portions, expertly prepared, both land and water- and the service was delightful. It's on our list of can't miss restaurants in Sisters!
