Our server, Blas was wonderful!!! She guided our table selections with special attention to a member of our party who wanted selections with less spice. Volare is our favorite restaurant with the best maitre d’ in town. We always have a wonderful experience thanks to his attention to detail. We love the chicken parm and the vodka ravioli is always delicious. Thanks for being our go to for beautiful family celebrations or just a date night out!

I had heard a lot of good things about this place and turns out they were all true. The decor immediately made me feel like I was in Cuba, not Louisville. Our waiter was so adorable and helpful with suggestions for appetizers and drinks, we had the Testones and Cuban Nachos with the Sangria. The appetizer portions were huge and delicious, so we didn’t order entrees. I had mentioned it was my friend’s Birthday, and at the end of the meal, our waiter brought her a piece of dark chocolate cake along with a Happy Birthday serenade by a very talented saxophone player. All in all, it was a delightful experience and I will be back!!

We chose Jeff Ruby's to celebrate our 15th anniversary and we couldn't be happier. Matt started us off with glasses of champagne and helped us make our selections. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and the differences between the meats. Him and his team brought out the courses giving us ample time to finish each. The food was incredible, the steak was cooked perfectly and the service was impeccable. Thank you to Matt and the entire Jeff Ruby's team for making it a wonderful experience.
