"Our service was great inside, but the bar service outside was unfriendly and subpar. My wife and I have both worked in the service industry in Louisville, Nashville, and Chicago, so we get that a rooftop bar at an upscale restaurant can be stressful, but that comes along with the territory of making good money. Bottom line is when you go out for drinks and nice dinner there are several components that make paying $14 for a cocktail & $35 for an entree worth it, and 8 Up checks all those boxes (ambience, waitstaff, and food quality ), but the one area that needs improvement is the service in the outside area.
