We went to The Ruxton to celebrate our anniversary and we absolutely loved it. To start off, we were seated at an amazing table, and they even gave us an anniversary card. We were fortunate enough to have Shane and Nicki as our serving team, and they made our experience exceptional. They both made sure they explained our options while giving us personal suggestions. They took turns checking in on us without being overbearing. They equally were polite, helpful, and just a joy to speak with. I appreciate the attention they paid to the small things and how they made us feel special on our special day. The food was cooked to perfection, and we enjoyed every bite. We ordered the chargrilled oysters, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. I honestly wanted to order more of them. We were extremely pleased with everything we ordered.

First time I visit and being here a long time. The ambiance and the view to the Inner harbor made the dining experience the best in a long time. Restaurant is clean and very well maintained, no sign of anything old or falling apart. The food was great. My wife loves lobster and now I know this is the best place in Maryland to order a proper steamed lobster. We’re definitely coming over for Anniversary and Birthday celebrations.

Wonderful experience from start to finish, as is always the case when we dine at an Atlas Group establishment. Food was marvelously prepared and everyone from the bar tenders to the food runners were polite and friendly.

Always good manager is the very best. Engaging, polite, concerned, and is always working the room even to serving drinks or dinners. We enjoy this very much and being a Landry’s member it is pretty good value. Will be back soon

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her French 75, while her boyfriend savored his old-fashioned. As for myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and creativity of the non-alcoholic honeycomb drink I ordered. The service was impeccable, with the mixologist demonstrating a deep knowledge of her craft and a genuine passion for mixology. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it the perfect spot to unwind and savor expertly crafted drinks. Overall, Top Shelf is a must-visit for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Baltimore's vibrant speakeasy culture.
