    The food was really good. We notice their sanitation rating was an 88 and hesitated for a second but since the restaurant was packed decided to give it a try. Honestly I’m glad we did. The food had an excellent flavor (we had the chicken fettuccine and the salmon) and the portions we perfect. There’s a lot of reasons a restaurant can get dinged and I’m glad we were willing to give it a try.

    Food was bit overcooked and over sauced for grits. Note to others: ask for it on the side! The entrance area of the shoppe smelled of sewage, there are no specials despite what the menu says, was not asked when ordering if I wanted sauced with my bowl and had to wait for sauce after the fact.

    We had a reservation on Open Table for 6pm, we arrived and were seated immediately. Our server Haley was very pleasant and attentive, offered suggestions and we ordered the Alfredo flatbread with chicken, and the hummus with veggies.Everything, including Our smoked old fashioned cocktails was delicious! After dining, we took a walk onto the patio and snapped some selfies. It's a fantastic place to begin your evening out in downtown Raleigh!

    Bidi Manda is the BEST! My table got an appetizer and four different entrees, and we were all extremely satisfied with our food. Every request was accommodated and they were very aware of allergens in the food. All the staff were so nice too. 10/10
