This was the perfect location for my guy to propose! The atmosphere was quite and intimate even with the open area. The service was fabulous. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. We will definitely return!

We celebrated our anniversary here and made note of that when we made the reservation. We arrived to rose petals on the table and a complimentary glass of champagne. The food was excellent (as expected) and service was good, (a little on the slow side) or I would have said great. Our only complaint about this **restaurant** is the “obligatory” 20% tip, they add it right to your bill! While our service was deserving of a 20% tip, what if it wasn’t? I prefer to be able to make my own decision as to a tip. Overall, it’s a relatively small thing, but still a thing, and the only reason I don’t rate this **restaurant** 5 stars.

We ended up increasing our reservation from 8 to 12 only an hour before we were to arrive. The staff was able to accommodate us with no problem. Even with separate checks and many special requests, our server was excellent! The food tasted fresh and was served quickly. I will definitely remember Uno's in the future.

We were seated 15 mins after our reservation time but the hostess was nice. She seemed overwhelmed. Maybe needed more help as she had to wipe tables before seating guest. The food was good. Our waiter was forgetful and had to be reminded a couple times about items missed and requested. The food was really good.

One of my favorites places to eat when I visit Newport News. Have stopped in here about 4-5 times. Seems food service is getting slower and slower. Don’t get me wrong. The quality and taste of the food is fantastic. It’s just when we are 1 of 2 families in there eating, I would expect our food to come out relatively quickly. Starting to get a little pricey as well but hey what isn’t over priced these days!
