We're confident you wont get bored with our selections; we will be serving a rotating seasonal menu with daily specials. The One Barrel standards will allow nothing less than fresh, high-quality offerings, including Colorado ingredients as much as possible. Due to Covid-19 we will do our best to have all we can in stock but our menu will be limited and on first come first serve.
