We generally select a late evening reservation because the dining room is not as noisy, Unfortunately they start the evening cleanup while customers are still dining. Table service is very attentive and engaging.

Coldwater is the perfect spot for a light lunch after shopping in downtown Tipp City or a romantic dinner. Food is exceptional, service spot on. Quaint bar to have a cocktail before or after your meal. Outdoor seating is also available.

Our only problem was deciding what to order! We ate way too much but everything was amazingly good. The filet on the black rock was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. The monster lobster bisque was delicious and the lobster dip and Brussels sprouts were also very flavorful. We cant wait to go back.
