We went for brunch at 11:00. The food was excellent. The setting, lovely. The service, friendly and attentive. We've been there for dinner several times, also, and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing dining experience at Soy Cowboy, located next to Lowe’s Hotel. The pan-Asian cuisine was exceptional! We ordered the vegetable tempura, chili yellowtail, Wagyu fried rice, filet with potato purée, and ended the meal with an unforgettable chocolate, pineapple, and banana cake dessert. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our server, Chris, was fantastic—very attentive and made sure everything came out on time. The drinks were on point as well, especially the espresso martinis. If you’re in the area for a Rangers or Cowboys game, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Amazing date night out! Great service and ambiance

We were a party of 10. Second night of celebrating a birthday with family from out of state. The hostess was very accommodating as we had two different reservations and asked to be seated together. The server was super nice and patient with all of our questions and changing our minds. She automatically split the bill by couples and never batted an eye. The drinks were pretty good and the food was also pretty good. Better than expected for ‘bar’ food. The portions were a good size and my people left with leftovers. Two of us had braised short ribs with grits. The meat was so tender and pretty flavorful without the sauce they put on top and the grits were good and creamy. Two people had the shrimp and grits and said they needed a little extra sauce but we’re otherwise very good. The fish n chips had too much breading. The flat bread was good. Overall it was a good outing.

I will be back! My wife and I loved the atmosphere and the food.
