The Columbia Restaurant is always wonderful! Our server Gavin is outstanding!

The Perfect Caper! We have had the pleasure of dinning here several times. We had not visited for a few months, once again not disappointed. This restaurant rivals restaurants in the major cities. The cuisine is the freshest and treated expertly with attention to detail. We did a tour of the menu starting with the Foie Gras. Perfectly seared luscious gems. This was followed by the Crispy Shrimp, robed in shredded phylo, Crispy, golden with the large shrimp cooked to a turn. We also had an order of the Pork Belly, again seared Perfectly but retaining it's tender and succulent flavor. We ventured forward to the Crabby Scallops and Fried Hen of the Woods Mushroom. Crabby Scallops were delightful morsels, again seafood just cooked with a melange of flavors between all components but none competing against each other. The Mushroom was treated very delicately allowing one to enjoy this beautiful Mushroom without being covered in batter. We of course enjoyed several house cocktails and wine. The cocktails again mixed with excellent ingredients by a skilled mixologist. The night was capped off by an amazing desert handcrafted by Chef Jeannie. A tasty but not too sweet and somehow light dessert which had several components in this beautiful and delicious creation. Service by Jeff was outstanding. This restaurant hits it on all notes, Service, kitchen, cuisine preparation, taste, cocktails and atmosphere. I made a reservation on Open Table, then when called to ask for earlier, they couldn't find it. I only said my first name, and we saw it under last name when I got there. Just an FYI, to state your full name if you make reservation through open table. 😊
