This is a truly unique location with a fascinating history that adds to the overall charm of the experience. We sat on the third-floor outdoor deck, which offered a great atmosphere—very pleasant, though it could get warm on a sunny day. The indoor third-floor space also looked inviting and well-designed. We explored the fifth floor as well, and it was impressive—featuring a cozy fireplace, a well-appointed bar, and a relaxed, upscale vibe. It would be great to see a more casual food menu available on the fifth floor to better match the lounge-like setting. As for the food, everything we had was good, though the prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes. Overall, it's a memorable spot with great potential, especially for a relaxed evening or a special outing.

We really like OTK. I had the fig and feta burger, my wife had the flounder. Great Southern fare, in a really cool spot. Would love to see some kind of shade on the front window, sun is blinding... but all in all we know OTK will be great every time
