Restaurants near Lakeland Mall

I took my daughter and son-in-law to dinner as a treat. I actually had never heard of this restaurant- my daughter suggested it. The entire experience was perfect. I loved the decor- the Tiffany lamps and stained glass were beautiful. And I liked the it was quiet and the lighting was low but not too dark and it added to the ambience. The steaks were the best we have had in a very long time and cooked to perfection. I requested a horseradish sauce (not on menu) and they delivered a wonderful creamy sauce. Even the veggies were perfect and the seasoning and spices made great food even better. I would go back again and highly recommend it. And the manager- Joe- made sure everything was perfect. What a great place!

Our table of four was seated promptly seated and set up with water , rolls and menus. All 4 entrees arrived at the same time and very well presented. Entrees Sea bass, bronzed salmon, Sea food au vent were all spot on. Our server, Sydney, was spot on with the rest of the staff willingly pitching in where needed. One of our guests remarked that she had never seen staff work so well together.

This is a great place for some delicious BBQ and bourbon! They have a great selection of bourbon, and other whiskeys, and some excellent choices for BBQ. WE had the burnt ends for an appetizer, which we highly recommend, and I had the two meat platter with turkey and brisket, both were tender and moist. My wife has the Brunswick stew which she was the best she had in a long time and the smoked chicken wings, which were very good.

Tess was an awesome waitress. Everything she suggested was excellent, especially the sweet raspberry tea and the Artisan salad!
