- HHerbSouthwest Florida •62 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoDinner at Chart House for my wife’s Birthday was a really great experience. It started with our server delivering house menus to our table that were customized with a Happy Birthday message to my wife printed on the menus. Our server Preston was excellent and took great care of us and the food was outstanding. We had the coconut shrimp appetizer ( simply delicious) and the Prime Rib which was cooked perfectly. The chocolate lava cake for dessert was the cherry on top of a fantastic dinner. Thank you Chart House for making my wife’s birthday very Special.More infoChart House Restaurant - Longboat KeyPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Longboat Key•4.5
- JJenniferTampa / Central Florida West •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoSat outside, it was a little chilly but they had heaters so it was nice. Was kind of nice to be away from the very busy inside, if you’re claustrophobic ask to sit outside on one of the sidewalk tables under the umbrellas. Food was delicious, Cuban sandwich is not on the dinner menu but if you ask, they will make it. White chocolate bread pudding is delicious! Always a great time at The Columbia!More infoColumbia Restaurant - SarasotaPrice: Moderate• Spanish• Sarasota•4.8
- EElizabethVIPNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe stopped into The Cafe with friends just after it opened, post Hurricane Milton. The interior is beautifully redone with a strong resemblance to its former state, only newer, fresher and more current. The exposed brick, back lit bar, stylish seating, wine closet wall and blue accents, all add a level of interest and delight to the space. The ambiance is great for date night, girls night or really any occasion. We each had a drink at the bar and sat for a couple hours chatting with the head bartender. We learned of their new intent to serve shareable portions from across the Mediterranean with a desire to bring friends together to talk, eat, drink and enjoy. We were intrigued and excited to come back for dinner to try it out. Four of us returned to dine at The Cafe on a Friday night mid January. All of us thought it was great. The Tenderloin of Beef with Cacio de Pepe Orzo which was cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth delicious. The orzo, if you like Cacio de Pepe, you could take a lesson from this version; amazing consistency, not runny, perfect taste of pepper and hint of cheese. I am allergic to seafood and although two people at our table had seafood, the smells were that of delicious spices and sauces instead of fish. The snapper apparently was the star of the show. It was so good, everyone felt bad for me that I couldn’t taste it. My husband had the octopus which he loved along with the beet salad. We all tried the French onion sliders which had so much flavor and lived up to their name “sliding” right down with the soft onions and Gruyère. Amazing. Eleni, the GM came by our table and checked on us more than once to ensure our dining experience was going smoothly. Overall a wonderful dining experience. We were the last ones to leave. Highly recommend!More infoThe Café on St.ArmandsPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Sarasota•4.7

However, we were seated in a lovely almost private room which was pleasantly quiet. Be sure to ask for quiet seating. Our server, McKenzie, was a doll. She had a great sense of humor. The food was excellent, well prepared and presented. Good wine list and cocktails, of course. However, my son, a beer expert was very disappointed in the small selection of beers. Also, it's all a la carte and very PRICEY. Save it for special occasions. And, yes, we will go back.More infoOcean Prime - SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Sarasota•4.7
