Review of The Pearl in Tampa Dining at The Pearl in Tampa was truly a remarkable experience. The food was absolutely incredible, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. The service was impeccable—attentive, warm, and accommodating in ways that exceeded our expectations. While waiting for our reserved table, we were treated to an unforgettable moment at the bar: none other than Ric Flair bought us a drink! It was such a fun and unexpected touch to an already wonderful evening. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. They brought golden beets for our little one, took turns holding him at the hostess stand, and even made him something of a mascot for the night. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, creating a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere that we deeply appreciated. The environment itself was perfect—elegant yet comfortable, striking a balance between sophistication and approachability. The only downside to our visit was an interaction with what appeared to be a manager or possibly the general manager. A tall gentleman in a pink jacket came across as unfriendly and, in my opinion, somewhat judgmental. It was an unfortunate contrast to the otherwise flawless service provided by the rest of the team. Despite that minor hiccup, our experience at The Pearl was truly exceptional. This is a place we would highly recommend and can’t wait to return to, perhaps even visiting their other location in Dublin, Ireland!

Brought a friend from Washington here for lunch. I live in Central Florida, and it was my 1st visit, too. Everything was excellent. My Manhattan and her holiday espresso martini were both delicious. I had French onion soup and the NOLA shrimp. She had lobster bisque and the baguette. The soup was possibly the best I've had...rich broth and plenty of cheese. We both got the pot de creme to go for later - it was yummy! Anthony provided stellar service and suggestions. I'm looking for an excuse to come back to Tampa just so I can come here again.

Emma took care of my family and I for our thanksgiving dinner resv at Market. She was outstanding. Attentive, polite, informative, just the best. She even laughed at my father's attempts at being funny (he actually really is) and made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. Perhaps she could teach the people at The Pearl (terrible, terrible, terrible - from the moment you step up to the hostess stand) a few things. Next time I make a resv at Market I will request Emma!!
