We had a great time. Not sure about the other neg comments about the service, ours was great from all the staff. Our waitress, Honey, was really good. Gave great food recommendations. The food was great. Very flavorful. Great to be able to support the Lahaina community.

That was by far the best meal we've had in a long time. The table location was perfect. Our waiter Derek went above and beyond to keep me safe from gluten. We highly recommend this restaurant! Mahalo

Absolutely love the vibe and views! Great live music and menu choices. Very few mushrooms on our "mushroom" pizza but good flavor. The only negative was our server's attitude...just not friendly at all and didn't check in on us. Not our typical experience, so we will try again.

Our waitress, Carol, was amazing 🥰 She was courteous & attentive. Carol was knowledgeable about the menu items which isn’t always the case for a few restaurants we have dined at . She definitely gets an A++++ from us .

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at Mala Ocean Tavern to celebrate our 28 year anniversary. I had the ahi tuna and my husband had the pork shank. Both were delicious and beautifully presented. We also enjoyed the ube bread. Views of the ocean and waves crashing on the rocks added to the ambiance. Our waitress, Kat, was attentive but not intrusive and gave us each a glass of complimentary champagne. We were not too fond of the specialty cocktails but we would definitely recommend this restaurant and hope to return ourselves.
