Really nice restaurant… Low light, very warming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive and genuine. The food was excellent, it was just as described by our server and prepared exactly to our requests. Very great experience, I’ll definitely be back

Had a wonderful dinner at Kirby's last night with my wife, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law. We received a warm greeting from Max, the manager on duty. Our server was B (we've had her before) and she was amazing. My wife and I also ate at the Mickey Mantle's bar the night before. The bar servers (the four Jessicas, Michelle, Drew, and others.) are just outstanding. Robin has put together a great team at the Winstar! Dave Miller

We’ve been here twice and found it depends on the visit. The restaurant was busier this time - about 1/3 full and getting busier. We had 8 people, (4 pm Tuesday), (3 people at noon the first time), so the second time we actually went in a couple days before to check with the person in charge of seating and he said he would have a place ready and wrote our details down. We got there and they were not ready for us at all. We waited for a setup, and he then put us together in a corner against a wall and counter on 2 sides, though 2/3 the restaurant was empty. We couldn’t get out, they couldn’t get around, and they were not expecting us it seemed. The place was too noisy to hear except for the person right next to us. The food was seasoned really well, but the steak for the fajitas was dry. The tacos on our first visit were outstanding. It is very new still, and it seems they are working out some things.

This is a great place! I have never heard of it, but a friend loves it. I have already told others about my delicious tacos! The strawberry margarita was delicious as well. The service was very attentive and we got our food quickly. I enjoyed the Dallas brisket taco, the shrimp taco, and the fish taco. I am looking forward to going back soon!
