    Desde el primer momento, el personal es súper acogedor. Los meseros amables con excelente trato, ofrecen buenas recomendaciones (no solo lo más caro del menú), buena onda todos. Regresamos ahí por el cumpleaños de mi esposa, y la experiencia fue de la más elegante: al terminar la cena, no tuve que pedir nada a nadie, los meseros se coordinaron para llevarle un postrecito (delicioso) con su vela. La comida es absolutamente deliciosa, los sabores combinan a la perfección, y la calidad de los productos es sobresaliente. Y cómo si eso fuera poco, está muy bien servido; de hecho fuimos sorprendidos por la cantidad de los platillos, ya que terminamos pidiendo demasiado. No puedo recomendar suficiente este lugar, la relación calidad/precio/experiencia es probablemente la mejor de Mérida.

    Love Salon Gallo! We had an inventive Yucatan Paella that was fresh, flavourful and filling. Great cocktails too. We’ve enjoyed the covered outside tables in a rain storm or the inside dining room on sweltering Mérida nights. Highly recommend.
