Restaurantes cerca de Kalgidhar Gurudwara

We went to Tasty Indian Bistro for my birthday dinner last night! Six of us went and had a great night. Food was outstanding and our server was excellent. A couple things stood out though that is really feedback for the restaurant, as didn't sit well. Keep in mind our bill was $575 so a decent bill for six people on a beautiful Wednesday night when many people were on a patio somewhere else. Restaurant was pretty slow and not a lot of people in there. Getting to the end of the night and was asked by our server if I would like a dessert for my BD. We all said that was a good idea and would share it. Bill comes and dessert is on the bill and in addition there is an 18% auto gratuity on the entire bill. Most places like Cactus or the Keg would bring a dessert for someone's BD as a comp and the auto gratuity on a slow night is just something in a relatively small town that is frowned up. Overall, all was good, just left a bit of a bad taste and really want this restaurant to be successful so hoping the feedback is taken. Thanks!

Great service. Great tasting food. I ordered the serloin steak medium rare and it came rare. Not a huge deal as I like an in between of the 2 cooks, but this steak was quite rare. This also happened during our previous visit. Thinner steaks seem to be cooked perfectly though! The lighting at some tables is very bright and directly overhead, some more ambient lighting on these tables would be appreciated!

The service, ambience, and food were great! I was stunned at how good the food was and happy to support a local restaurant.

Abbotsford Great Canadian Brewhouse was great. Good food!

The food in service is always great. the table where we sat ( we were six people ) faces a large window and the daylight reflection is hard on the eyes if you’re sitting facing it. it would be nice if there was a filtered blind that could be put down when needed.  we asked to be moved to a different location and she said she didn’t have anything so that was disappointing as my guests had to sit facing that way, which was awkward.
