We came here to celebrate my friend's bachelorette. The food was all excellent- we started with some appetizers, all had perfectly cooked & tasty entrees, and our dessert was comped. The dessert was some of the best we've ever had! Attentive and friendly staff, and stunning views of the mountains.

We had an incredible dining experience at SumoMaya! Every dish was a standout — the jalapeño yellowtail was bright and flavorful, the toro sashimi melted in our mouths, and the pork belly aguachile rice was rich with the perfect balance of heat and zest. The pork belly ramen tied it all together with deep, comforting flavors. A perfect fusion of Mexican and Asian influences — we can’t wait to return!
