Wow! One of my best steakhouse experiences EVER! The bone in ribeye was cooked a perfect medium with a nice crust and nicely seasoned. Best lobster bisque I’ve ever had. I really like the pickle and red onion appetizer (sounds weird, but it was delicious). But the carrot is the star of the show! You can’t say that often, but it tastes amazing. Like a sweet potato carrot. Five stars. I can’t wait to come back to Louisville to eat here again.
