Everything was spectacular and there aren’t enough great things to say about this restaurant!

I have the blackened salmon sandwich for the first time in my life, and it was absolutely wonderful. It was tasty and it was also very nutritious. I understand that the President of the company Jamie that this is one of her favorite menu items. I can understand why. We had several servers come by and talk with us and we always enjoy their visits. Every experience I have with Carsons is a good one. 

We eat out a lot—a lot, lot—and this restaurant truly impressed us! Visiting from Dallas, we were blown away by the excellent service from our waiter, Truman, whose personality and great conversation made the experience even better. The "Sneak Attack" cocktail was a fun and delicious surprise, and the food was outstanding. The halibut was cooked to perfection, and the pork chop was incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy. Every dish was beautifully plated and worthy of their high rating. Definitely a place that deserves a return visit, even all the way from Texas!

Excellent meal. Try to hit every time we are in town. Service was excellent and attentive. Appetizers were excellent. Tuna and the fries were unique and tasty. The bernaise sauce on the fries and the spices were awesome combination. Entree wise everything was great. The scallops and pork belly are a stand out dish

The Merrick Inn never disappoints from the moment you walk in until you leave. You are always welcomed. Grouper fingers and fried banana peppers are great appitizers. Filet medallions were prepared as ordered and were delicious. Overall, a great dining experience!
