"We ate lunch al fresco in the shade. Best Burata salad I've had in Sarasota. Varied, reasonably priced menu. Excellent, personable service. Great location at the foot of Main St just across the road from the bay. Will definitely return and recommend."See more
"We brought an expensive bottle of Cab, however they had a very good wine list. You could get a generous pour of Pinot Grigio or Chianti for $8. My house salad was just ok, our friends wedge salad was good and the calamari was good. We all had the pasta, mine was the vongale, wife's lasagna, friends clams, all were very good and generous portions. We were stuffed and passed on dessert. We ate in one of the rooms which was air conditioned and beautiful with comfortable chairs. The only downside was a group of 8 women who after some wine became very loud.
We will definitely return."See more
"I chose this spot to have a girls brunch and celebrate my “daughter’s” 30th Birthday! We loved the entire restaurant and Darhoda was a wonderful waitress! We shared some meals and everything was delicious! We finished the meal with infused donuts!"See more
"Our 1st time dining here, we appeared to be the early arrivals (6pm Res.) which was OK, we were seated inside in the heart of 'antica", a nice old fashioned decor tastefully arranged, the atmosphere was quite genteel initially but did get somewhat louder as the room filled with patrons, as we were at the end of our meal we were not bothered bythe overly loud couple who appeared to be attempting to broadcast their selections, not just for the room but for every nook & cranny in the restaurant.
Overall it was a nicedining experience, very good food, nicely served & presented by our attentive and pleasant waitress."See more
