First visit to Hudson House. Went with a friend. I had the Maple plank salmon but substituted the skinny fries for the broccoli since I avoid lemon, parmesan cheese and broccoli. Cooked medium with a soy glaze. It was excellent. I took half of the salmon home for dinner. My friend ordered the pan seared redfish and though it says lightly blackened she thought the outside was a bit hard but the flavor was good. The place filled up after we arrived so the noise level went up but wasn't too loud.

Food was phenomenal! Every dish burst with flavor and was beautifully presented, making every bite a delight. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting, creating a perfect setting for an unforgettable evening. Michelle’s thoughtfulness and recommendations truly set this experience apart. When we mentioned we only eat halal, she went way and beyond by guiding us through the menu with the BEST recommendations. Her genuine warmth and care truly elevated our experience to another level. Outstanding overall experience!

Started with entree of Spanish octopus for appetizer, split a crab Louie salad, then shrimp cocktail, redfish with garlic herb butter, roasted cauliflower and finished with Basque cake All were amazing!!!! Kudos to Gabby, a fantastic server and very knowledgeable!!!

We held a 65th birthday celebration for my husband and had a great time!
