“Tankuma” was born on the banks of the Takase River in Kyoto, famous for “Takase Fune” at the beginning of Showa period.     La mejor experiencia de comida que tuve en todo mi viaje a Japón, fui para celebrar mi cumpleaños y ellos se encargaron de hacerme sentir especial y convertirlo en algo memorable. Cada platillo es único y con ingredientes premium de diferentes prefecturas, hay una gran variedad y se recomienda probarlos tal cual los prepara el chef. Sin duda regresaré la próxima vez que venga a Kyoto. Muy recomendado si estás celebrando algo y quieres una cena premium con uno de los mejores chefs de Japón.
