The staff was very kind and attentive, especially the young man who helped us. The food was delicious as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

As always, Roy’s delivered a great experience. Our server was great…he gave us just the right amount of time with drinks and courses and went out of his way to make sure the takeout order we wanted to bring to someone was fresh at the time we were ready to leave. Visitors loved the butterfish and the Mai Tai. My salmon was perfectly cooked with great flavor. And the chocolate soufflé and pineapple upside down cake were excellent as always. For those of us who dine there frequently, the menu is very predictable; but then, the food is predictably good!

We enjoyed the 20% off deal on all the katsu items. The tonkatsu and tofu katsu were great. Crispy katsu coating and the pork was moist. We ordered the combination tofu katsu with curry. They explained that the curry is prepared with chili peppers. This made it too spicy for our palate. They offered to prepare something else, but we declined. We brought our dinner home to eat with LOTS of rice and ordered shaved ice. =)

Authentic Korean cuisine, excellent prompt and attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. What more could you want? We'll be back.

As always eating at the Kona brewery in Hawaii, Kai is always very pleasurable. I love their burger of the week! And of course, the great brewski’s, I just wish they would have the black sand a little longer than just a seasonal brew. Overall, it was a great time with my friends and my cousin.
