This was my first time at Hell's Kitchen and it did not dissapoint. Our waiter was very kind, they were super quick on bringing out the food and it looked sooo delicious! It filet, braised short ribe & mac n cheese were out of this world. All of those flavors combined was AMAZING! We were celebrating a bday so our waiter was very kind & brought us a toffee cake which was a pretty generous portion. All & all, a great time & I feel like I got my money's worth. Would come back again, by far the best meal I've had in Vegas.

While staying at Sahara, I received a text with a coupon for Balla, so eating here was on a whim. I am so glad we decided to go. The food was exceptional as well as our service. All pasta is made in house and the ribeye was expertly cooked. Our server was attentive and witty and that made the experience that much better.
