Great food and great bar/drink menu. They had great bourbon options which made me happy. The NY Strip we ordered was perfectly cooked and quite filling. We also ordered the Pork Belly Carbonara and I suggest adding the grilled prawns add-on to really make that dish shine. Also quite filling! For appetizers, we ordered the beef tartare and a side of bread which came with a fennel pollen infused butter which was amazing. Nice location next to the state capitol building so it’s a good chance you’ll be dining next to politicians, staffers, or lobbyists, but don’t let that bother you. The decor and vibe of this place was wonderful. Conveniently located near the Crest Theater in case you need a place to eat before a show (also a few blocks from the Golden1 Center). Would eat here again.

Ive been coming to Paragary's since Randy first opened in the early 80s and in honor of Randy's passing I'd like to confirm Paragary's is what it has always been, an outstanding dining experience. You will never be disappointed in a single aspect of your experience at Paragary's. This visit we were seated in the beautifully appointed outdoor space complete with waterfalls, gardens, mature olive trees, fireplace, heaters and fans when needed. The ever gracious staff has yet to disappoint and our waiter this visit was excellent and attentive. The food is always unique, scrumptious and beautifully presented. Always a pleasure. We loved our meal. The rack of lamb was the best I’ve ever had. The service was professional. Excellent evening.

This is our third time visiting but the first time with the kids. Hands down will continue to be the best dining experience we have had. We look forward to the next visit!
