Love to come here for late night dinner. Food never disappoints. Love the happy hour pricing. Good music and vibes. 10/10 would recommend for someone looking for a good AYCE Korean bbq place open late.

My partner and I celebrated his birthday and our anniversary at this location recently. We both had high standards due to the this being our first time at fancy restaurants, and let’s say, that expectation was MET! We didn’t know how to act haha. The food was delicious and lived up to other reviews and their prices in our opinion. We had a total of 8 items with a final cost of $216, two item being complimentary. Foods we had were: Calamari stuffed with crab and shrimp served cold 5/5 Lobster Bisque 5/5 from my partner 2 filet mignons 8oz & 12oz 5/5 Lobster Mac & Cheese 5/5 (My personal favorite) Truffle Mashed Potato (Complimentary dish with the filet mignons) Lilikoi Creme Brulee 5/5 (This was free due to our celebration) Other than food, the service we received from staff was impeccable! We have such strong respect for restaurant workers, and them specifically did not disappoint. They’re on top of clearing table space for you after each meal, and ensuring our comfort. Lastly is dining request. Upon making a reservation, you are asked for requests, and our request was met perfectly. I don’t think they missed at all! Thank you for the experience, would come again!

Our server was awesome and took great care of us. The staff was friendly and great at clearing our dirty dishes and filling our drinks. The atmosphere is nice, not too noisy even though there were a few large parties. Food was delicious, especially all of the seafood (crab legs, sashimi, sushi hand rolls) and desserts. Definitely got our money's worth and had a great time.

We come here mostly for the sushi, and it didn't disappoint. The sushi here is sublime. I particularly the seared sushi with the added textures and flavors of a few herbs or shallots. The best sushi I've ever eaten. We did get some tempura shrimp and the tempura was so light and the shrimp not over cooked. Excellent

I have been a regular customer of Akasaka for nearly 40 years. In my opinion, it is the best Japanese restaurant in town for overall quality and service.
