We got married here 15 years ago and always coming back to roosters bar or champagne breakfast and afternoon tea it’s always lovely food staff very helpful and just a great place to go

Excellent friendly staff throughout and wonderful food

Fantastic helpful waiter arranged our roast dinner to come quickly as we were on our way to a family gathering. He could not have been more helpful. Sunday dinner was very nicely done indeed, couldn’t fault it at all. On a bank holiday weekend though, and with the sports screens, it was a bit rowdy and we were seated right by the constantly opening doors. On a quieter day it would have been more relaxing. It is a nice pub.

We had a great experience and very nice welcome. The food was great very delicious and fairly priced. Easy to pay as well. I look forward to visiting you again in the near future. Thanks a lot. Cheers Stuart

Staff, venue, beer were excellent. Food was good, but really overpriced. Yes, it's a city centre location, yes it's a bbq joint...I get all that. But nearly £20 for a burger not much larger than McDs is excessive. Also, that's just the burger -- a small portion of fries was an additional £5. Include the fries, and £20 is fair considering. Staff were brilliant! Always about and always asking if we needed anything. I'd visit again to try other items on the menu.
