Best restaurant on the island. Amazing service. This is what great service is like. Kathryn, our server, and the entire front of the house staff did not miss a beat. They worked as a team, were timely, polite, and so professional. Not a single person approached our table without being super courteous and kind. We arrived a little early for our 7:30pm reservation and got sat on time, and the restaurant was packed! They were on a short wait. Not a single empty table, and still perfect execution of service. And the food is packed with flavor, exactly how Kathryn described it, as she detailed each course options to us in such an appetizing way it was hard to ignore her recommendations. I had the cucumber salad to start and the NY strip as an entree.. so tender and juicy. And for desert the pineapple pudding. Everything was just delicious. Skip the resort restaurants and go here, you won’t regret it. Oh, my wife and I don’t drink but they have great wine selections also. Great place for a date, and very family friendly as well.

Wonderful dinner. Chef’s special sushi roll, lamb chops, ono special, Mac and avacado salad, everything we tried was superb. I can highly recommend this restaurant!

There are limited restaurants in Waimea and Forc is one of the best. Well prepared and tasty farm to table food. Nice atmosphere in the dinning room and a lively bar seen next to the dinning room. Good service and nice staff. Friendly locals. A real asset for those of us who live in the area.

We had a party of 9 and Erik took great care looking over us. There was a variety of items on the menu, enough to please everyone even my picky 6-year old. It was a great night with great food. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
