Rumi's Kitchen first opened more than a decade ago in Atlanta, the result of years of development by Chef / Owner Ali Mesghali. Showcasing the flavors of Iran -- fresh herbs, kabobs cooked over an open-fire grill -- quickly won loyal guests at the original location in Sandy Springs, GA and set us on pace to open our first restaurant outside of Georgia in 2020. Rumi was a 13th-century Persian poet whose words and life teach us how to find inner peace, happiness and love. We invite you to Rumi’s Kitchen where fresh, healthy food and attentive Persian hospitality await you.

We absolutley loved our experience. We had an amazing server, Malaya, who was fun, knowledgeable, and professional. Our only disappointment is that it is advertised as a distillery. My partner and I were looking for an opportunity to try the spirits, and gain some knowledge about the product. Overall, great experience!

Went for a birthday dinner first time there . The service was excellent, food exceptional and great ambiance. We ordered Tomahawk steak for 2 with 2 sides, did not disappoint and very filling!! Crab guacamole was delicious as well. Only complaint was we were not able to enjoy downstairs bar area, closed early without notice (Monday night) and they would not let us in. Looked really nice. Gave us information on scheduled events. If you go you won’t be disappointed 😊
