- MMelissaLas Vegas •9 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe went on a Saturday for lunch and were the first to arrive. The restaurant is in the basement level of a building in Ginza. Once you step inside the restaurant you are transported to a hidden gem. Lucky for us, since we arrived right when it opened, we basically had a private omakase experience. The food was SO outstanding! We got the omakase lunch which the chef will tailor to what you like (if they have the items you want that day.) I have had omakase in many American cities and this of course fat outshone them. It was also a lot less expensive than the high quality omakase in the US. We actually got really full and I don’t think we finished the full tasting but we were incredibly happy and impressed.More infoSushi Takaya (Former Kutani)Price: Very Expensive• Sushi• Ginza•4.8

The food was delicious, with unique tastes and flavors, the chef was very friendly and attentive, and (most importantly) my girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I was really enjoying the bread rolls ... and as we were leaving the chef offered us a fresh loaf to take home! Just an all around great experience.More infoEssencePrice: Very Expensive• French• Nakano / Ogikubo / Honancho•4.9
