All of our beef is locally raised at the Tex-Ken Ranch in Bluff Dale, Texas, where we take great pride in ensuring that our cattle are free from hormones and antibiotics, delivering the highest quality meat both nutritionally and ethically. As part of our nonprofit, the Each and Everyone Foundation, Beneventi’s Italian was founded to sell meals with meaning and a mission. Our emphasis, besides serving great authentic Italian food based on old family recipes, is to serve as an on the job training setting for Adults with intellectual disabilities. Our setting includes the restaurant, Sweet Loretta’s Beer, Wine and Coffee Bar, tiny houses, fresh produce we often grow in our gardens.. We prepare handmade Lasagna, Gnocchi and rustic hand tossed pizza along with weekly specials.
