Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo Sky Tree® View Restaurant Ren has been transformed into a luxurious space, with beautiful scenery overlooking from the top floor remains as it used to be. Please enjoy the real luxurious food cooked with the seasonal ingredients and outstanding skills. It is often said that a bowl of stock soup made from fish is flower of Japanese cuisine. We take soup stock from dried young tuna, called "meji-bushi" which is hard to get in general market. The dishes that make use of the original flavor of the ingredients include not only the concepts of "First" that people in Edo era liked as a pleasure, but also "Best Season" and "Remains" in the menu.
