Paris 7th … as in West 7th Street, where we are located in the cultural District of Fort Worth just west of downtown. Paris 7th … as in the very cultural 7th arrondissement of THE Paris. The Paris 7th district is where you will find some of the world’s most recognized landmarks: the Eiffel Tower, the Musée d’Orsay and Les Invalides Museum, home to Napoleon’s tomb but also, a quartier known for its fine French food. Cafés, restaurants and gourmet shops are woven into the beautiful streets of the left bank but since we can’t go tonight, here we are at Paris 7th. Let us entertain you! After 33 years as Saint-Emilion, we moved the menu just down the street, here, to a more spacious dining room. Now, we have a kitchen worthy of all that our talented kitchen staff can turn out. We have room for our ever-growing wine collection and tables to accommodate parties of 8 and sometimes more. We even have a petit lounge where you can have a cocktail before dinner.

The Chumley House in Fort Worth is a gem of an upscale dining experience that effortlessly blends culinary creativity with warm, impeccable service. Our recent visit to celebrate our 20th anniversary was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the standout dishes, exceptional staff, and a wonderful ambiance that will immediately remind one of a comfortable old home nestled on the English countryside. The ambiance, with its cozy yet elegant touches, sets the perfect tone for a memorable meal. The beef Wellington was a highlight—perfectly cooked, with tender beef encased in a crisp, golden pastry that melted in the mouth. Equally impressive was the butter chicken pot pie, a delightful fusion of bold Indian spices and comforting, flaky crust that elevated a classic dish to new heights. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding was pure indulgence—rich, moist, and paired with a luscious sauce that left us scraping the plate. What truly set this evening apart was the service. Our server, Linda, was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, ensuring every detail was perfect without ever feeling intrusive. The cherry on top was a visit from Ben, the General Manager, whose thoughtful check-in made us feel like honored guests rather than just diners. His presence added a personal touch that turned our milestone celebration into a memory that we’ll cherish. The Chumley House isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. For a special occasion or simply a night of exquisite dining, this Fort Worth standout delivers on every front!
