Restaurants near Fort Crockett Seawall Park

We made reservations for earlier in the afternoon. 3 PM. The place was not packed and we were seated quickly. Ashton was our server and gave us all kinds of information, as this was our first time. We had top shelf margaritas, and they were wonderful, from the bar. My husband got his oysters, Rockefeller, which he absolutely loved, and we also ordered the fried green tomatoes and cheesy bacon grits that came with them. The tomatoes were awesome. Just the right amount of crust and the perfect size. To be completely honest, we ate these things and we’re so full. We couldn’t eat anything else. We will definitely be back and looking for Ashton! Oh, and they gave us birthday cake! Which was freaking amazing!!

Our severer Oliver was fantastic!! He was on point with everything!!! Can’t say enough great things about him!!The food was great but the service can make or break an establishment and Oliver is definitely an asset to Rudy and Paco!!!!!

We had been here before and it was wonderful. Our second experience was also very good. The charro bean soup was amazing. Raw oysters were delicious. Seafood platter and catfish were delicious. The service was excellent. A great selection for anyone.

As always Jon Paul and Jared were Most gracious Host. Brandon showed Expertise as our waiter as the Restaurant was full of Celebrations of the Holidays. Food Quality was 10/10! Love the Piano Christmas music while dining. Thanks Keney Smith.

Always great food, service, and atmosphere at Grotto Galv. The new menu options were great. Loved the special salad and lobster spaghetti. Chloe the server was great.
