First, we enjoyed speciality cocktails at the bar. Perfect! Then, we had a nice, quiet table in the dining room. Our appetizers were Oysters Rockefeller and Calamari. We have never had calamari that was so tender! For our entrees we ordered Scallops, Prime Rib, New York Strip and Tuscan Rockfish. Our favorites were scallops and Prime Rib. But most of all, our server, Jordan was so nice and attentive!! We had an amazing early Mother’s Day dinner!! Finally, a top level restaurant in Sebring.

Faded is a Sebring gem! The ambience of the restaurant is unlike anything in town and the food is amazing! Service is always top notch!

Best prime rib I have ever eaten. Filet cooked perfectly as was the salmon special. All the sides were delicious and the service friendly and very efficient. Staff went out of their way to make our special birthday dinner a delight. We even had a lovely and delicious dessert on the house. My friends and I can’t wait to return to OK Corral.
