What a nice dinner and evening out with our in-laws that our locals, living in Kapaa. We had great service from the time we checked in to the time we left. Kahea was our waitress and she was fantastic. Gave us tips on the specials and she was 110% right on the appetizers and specialty drinks. The ocean view and sunset is one of the best you can imagine. Beach House is a must if you come to Kauai.

The Eating House NEVER disappoints! Excellent service, excellent food, beautiful environment and a lovely , attentive manager. The food is always flavorful and well presented. My only feedback is the Pork and Shrimp Dumplings have a delicious filling... would have liked the dumpling to be less chewy and a bit warmer. But that could be my own dumpling preference. This is a must eat... I haven't missed a visit since they opened!

We visit Japanese Grandma’s Cafe every year and have never been disappointed! The freshness of the sushi is impeccable, and every other dish the four of us ordered was finely prepared. The fried soft shell crab was amazing and we had to order another one. The tempura was crisp and not oily, and their agadashi tofu is to die for. I sampled Grandma’s Mai Tai which was the perfect balance of two rums and fresh fruit juice, while the IPA beer one of us ordered was declared the best IPA this French beer drinker had ever had. Reservations are a must but this is an experience you will never regret. The best Japanese food on Kauai by a long shot.

We have loved Keoki’s Patadise for many years. Gave up on it last year when my drink had moldy mint, but this year our server Tammy made the difference. Great fresh fish dinner and great kale salad. Gifted us a hula pie for my husband’s birthday and the ambiance and service from Tammy was warm and extra special! We’ll be back!
