"A Memorable Experience at Bistecca" I took a close friend to Bistecca in Highland Village for her birthday on Monday, June 23, 2025. It was our first time, and we were hoping for a great experience. Thankfully, Bistecca exceeded our expectations! Having opened up 12 independent restaurants and worked at high-end places like Cafe Pacific and casual spots, I can confidently say Bistecca nailed it. The cocktails were fantastic—I had the espresso martini, and my friend loved the lychee martini. For dinner, my friend had the seabass on lobster and shrimp risotto, which was amazing. I had the blackened ribeye, cooked rare, with asparagus and mashed potatoes—perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was superb—relaxed enough to talk comfortably. Our server, Sara, was amazing. Her recommendations were spot on, and her humor made the night even better. The chef even came out to our table, which was a nice personal touch. I had to stand up and shake his hand to thank him for such an outstanding meal. My friend called it one of the best meals she’s ever had. We loved the location so much that we visited The Grotto, their hidden speakeasy-style bar, where we enjoyed a couple of drinks and the cozy ambiance. If you’re looking for great food and a memorable experience, Bistecca is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I had the Scallops, and it was honestly one of the best dishes I have had in quite some time. Thomas Keller would have been proud!! Way to Rock The House!!!

The staff here is amazing. The way they work together and balance tables with huge parties in private rooms is awesome. Food is excellent and consistent. Frozens are top notch. I love this place!

Nick was our waiter and did a terrific job. It was a busy night and he had several tables, but didn't have to wait for anything. Nice job Nick.

Food and waitresses were awesome. Had only 1 issue...it may seem petty to some. Ordered a Cup of clam chowder. It contained exactly 6 soup spoons scoops of chowder. I would say that was a little chinchy... the waitress was gracious enough to bring me another 8 soup spoons of chowder. We almost had a full cup and so no other complaints. My wife had this awesome large Cesar salad...and my soup came out with a big bowl with a 1/4 of chowder in it. Don't order the chowder if you expect a cup. You should expect a taste of chowder.
