Restaurants near Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve

All went well overall. Our server was young and unpolished. She slung our food around and seemed unhappy to wait tables. I was unbothered by it other than her ghosting us for long periods of time. I typically get asked about dessert before being handed the check but she didn’t even ask us. I had to ask for a dessert menu. Again I chucked it up to youth and her general attitude. The food was not disappointing just that the server was super green.

Our first time dining in at Angelinas (we had gotten takeout during Covid) and we really enjoyed it. The old school, classic ambiance was perfect for our date night. Our server was fantastic - very professional and attentive without being overly so. The main courses were delicious (short rib special with truffle and halibut), my caesar salad was overly dressed - I should have said something, but didn't. The bread/butter was very good as were the cocktails. The wine selection and wine tower is very impressive. We enjoyed watching them go up/down the spiral staircase to select the bottles. We will definitely return.

First, kudos to Peter, our waiter, for a great experience made even better! He was able to move us to another table after we asked to be moved because a table behind us was having a loud discussion. (We really weren’t interested in their topic.) The food was magnificent, expertly prepared and wonderfully seasoned. The wine Peter suggested was outstanding, a perfect complement to the food! The piano player was great too! Many Thanks! TOPS in our books!

Went to dinner with another couple and the experience was wonderful. Service was prompt yet unobtrusive. We did not feel rushed even though restaurant was full. All of us had fish and it was excellent. The cod and grouper did not disappoint.

Great service great food. Peter is a wonderful manager. Been coming here for years. And we love it. The French onion soup could have been more flavorful. Other than that everything was fine. Thank you for another wonderful dinner.
