My wife had the fajitas which were very tasty. I ordered the enchiladas with green chilies and they were delicious. The best part was the margarita we both had. It was not the best margarita that I have had but very good. After eating we ordered desert and Bailey’s and listened to music in the Adobe bar. I would definitely recommend Doc Martin’s to anyone visiting Taos.

Delicious food and great service. The menu we ate from was the spring 2025 menu. My husband had the wangus steak which was perfectly seasoned and prepared. I had the duck pasta, the duck was flavorful and moist and the pasta tasted very fresh. Great service even in a busy night.

Hostess and server were both excellent and knowledgeable. Food was filled with flavor and cooked to order. We enjoyed ourselves for sure.

Locally owned hotel/restaurant with a focus on vegan/vegetarian choices but other options are available although very limited. Drinks menu is also limited. The people are nice and we did enjoy our dinner there. The only negative thing was the duo singing or more like whining. Something out of the 60’s flower power. Monotenous.

We had a great time at 192 at The Blake restaurant! Our server Will was fun, helpful and excellent! The food delicious dinner and breakfast. All the staff from host, servers, bartenders were fantastic. Highly recommend!
