It was very noisy @ first due to a very drunk person. Our waitress Fiona, who was just awesome moved us to a better location which was much quieter. It was hot, but very enjoyable. She was just great and made our evening! Food was fantastic! We just loved it!

Just an amazing experience! The food was outstanding. I personally ordered the 32oz tomahawk for two, for myself, it was perfect! Larger-format steaks are always iffy on temperature when I order them, and the culinary team crushed it with a perfect medium rare! The table also ordered meatballs, and I was speechless. The size of the meatball, you'd think it would be compact and dry... nope! Light, crispy on the outside, moist center, and insane flavor! Our server Matt was amazing and displayed a level of hospitality you don't see very often in the industry. He found the perfect way to know how to read our table and provide the level of service WE wanted, and not force a black-and-white approach to hospitality when serving. You could tell by the energy and laughs my table was having, that Matt and the rest of his serving team read us like a book and matched us! It was impressive! And then as I am finishing writing this review, I get a call from the restaurant thanking me and my party for joining them... I mean y'all gotta stop making every other restaurant in the valley look like a joke now at this point. Also, the wine markups are very fair in my opinion! We enjoyed two bottles of 2015 Miner Oracale for roughly $250 which is only about a x2 retail markup! Where I feel most of the valley does roughly x3.75! Thank you everyone at Steak 44! Great operation! Cheers!

Recommend making a reservation so you are not waiting for a table upon arrival. Because of my reservation, I walked in and was taken directly to my table. Colton was an awesome and very respectful waiter. The restaurant personnel were very concerned about the quality of their food and asked me often about the taste. Their meals are prepared fresh. I had the Spinach Artichoke and chips. It was enough to feed 2-4 people and became my meal. Therefore I had to forego the meatloaf I heard so much about. I did partake of the sticky caramel cake, which was nice, soft and delicious. Do not eat prior to arrival. You will enough tummy space to partake on this restaurants cuisine.

As always, great food and service. Was pleasantly surprised to be really comfortable dining outside (June in Phoenix) with the misters and fans making for a nice experience. The acoustics indoors can be a challenge during busier hours, so I was pleased to enjoy a great meal and conversation with good friends on the patio.
