An absolutely lovely dinner experience. We shared a variety of the small plates to get a sense of the menu and enjoyed everything. The food was well seasoned, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and it was an enjoyable atmosphere. Will definitely go back to try additional dishes!

Our waiter, Chris, was outstanding! From food recommendations, to his cheerful disposition, to his patience with my four year-old nephew still new to the dining out scene, we couldn’t have asked for more. He gave us just the right amount of attention: there when we needed him, but never overbearing. And he made my mother’s 79th birthday a fun and memorable occasion. In short, he is what pushed the meal to 5 stars in every category. As far as the food, we went family style with apps that included: Muhammara, bright, smooth and nuanced hints of turmeric and cilantro, with fresh pita, spanakopita, the nutty lamb ravioli with a little zing and zucchini cakes with a creamy yogurt sauce! Yum! Then everyone went their own way with entrees but there was consensus that all was delish! Two highlights were the summery ricotta gnocchi and the halibut! Wow! We sat outside and the mild temp as well as the absence of a very typical echo found in any crowded restaurant made for a perfect evening. We will be back.

Hadn’t been to JuJu in years but it is still as good as it was. The food was fantastic and service very good. This place is a bit noisy (if eating inside) and slightly overpriced but still well worth it.

Our first time there. Fantastic experience!! We sat outside on the patio with vey pleasant weather. The waitress was very knowledgeable and listened and assisted with dietary issues. We had multiple dishes among the 4 of us and it was all well prepared and prompt without feeling rushed. Will definitely go back

Absolutely the best restaurant in Durham! Food is incredible and service is unparalleled! Karl the bartender is beyond amazing and helpful , Betsy's so professional and awesome with service and suggestions! The host at the front door always remembers us and greets us in such a kind, positive way We live in a France now but anytime we are in North Carolina , no matter how far away, we will be here
