Food was delicious. The chicken breast was cooked to perfection although it was a very thick piece. The server was very knowledgeable in explaining the question we had.

It’s very special to have a 65th high school reunion plus celebrate two of your friends turning 80 years old so we had to go to a very special place to celebrate. Tea at the Empress hotel was that place. Thank you, Marlene for being so attentive and explaining and serving us so well. Thank you, Empress hotel, for the kind gift of tea to the birthday girls. Thank you everyone for making this event one we will never forget.

We did the fixed price 3 part dinner and it was good. The Caesar salad I had was ok bit not as good as I've had there before. Mt husband's chowder was excellent. Our ling cod main dish was delicious. The fish was cooked perfect size nand the rice was excellent. My asparagus was fabulous but my husband thought his was a little overdone. He likes it a little undercooked. Our desserts were excellent; creme burlee and Irish creme chocolate mousse. All in all very yummy and good value.
