The food and wine was great. I highly recommend the Tagliere meat and cheese board…I thought it was a great value and had a great variety.More infoLa TerrazzaPrice: Moderate• Mediterranean• Raleigh•4.4

- MMelissaRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •2 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a great experience at The Melting Pot in Raleigh this past weekend. We were celebrating an important family milestone, and The Melting Pot helped to make this a memorable event. Our waiter, Terry, was superb. He explained the menu to us, helped us make the best choices for our slightly particular diners. The food was all fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the Wisconsin cheese and Quattro Fromaggio first course, followed by the regular broth and Coq au Vin entree choices. The meat selections were very large portions! Two adults (admittedly not big meat eaters) shared one entree, and it was more than enough. Our final course was dark chocolate, and we ordered enough for 3, although there were 5 adults and a toddler, and it was plenty. The only drawback for us was that it took longer than I had anticipated, so the toddler with us was well past his bedtime when we finished. I feel like that's more my fault, as I didn't understand the restaurant well, and booked a time too late. It was relaxing, and a fun time. If you take small children, perhaps choose an early dining time. We felt the pricing was fair, as we were celebrating, and were looking more to make a special memory than just eat. The staff was very accommodating and our celebrant felt very special for her big day. We will definitely go back!More infoThe Melting Pot - RaleighPrice: Expensive• Fondue• Raleigh•4.8
