I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab in Las Vegas, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! As a returning guest and a big fan of the restaurant, I already knew to expect excellence, but this visit was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff, and the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic evening. The entire team made us feel valued and cared for throughout our meal. The menu was outstanding, showcasing the restaurant’s signature culinary expertise. We started with the seafood tower, which was perfectly prepared and a stunning way to kick off our meal. For dinner, we indulged in the ribeye and lobster—a perfect pairing of flavors and textures. And of course, the crunchy hash browns were an absolute must-have! Every single dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The quality of the food was the true highlight of the evening. A special shoutout goes to our server, Pete S, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Pete’s attention to detail, warm personality, and genuine enthusiasm for ensuring we had a great evening were unmatched. He truly elevated the dining experience for us. The entire staff, from the hosts to the table team, checked in frequently to ensure everything was perfect, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. Joe’s has outdone itself yet again, and I’m so glad I chose to return. The combination of impeccable service, incredible food, and an elegant yet welcoming ambiance makes this restaurant a standout in Las Vegas. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was really nice and knowledgeable about the menu as we had a gluten allergy in our party. It was also her birthday and she enjoyed the gluten free dinner and complimentary dessert she received. Everything was delicious. We were seated by the kitchen and that was also neat to experience. Our waiter was nice enough to take our picture for us as well.

Weekday prix fixe lunch special burger was amazing. We tried the nearly all the combinations. Go with the burger add cheese and bacon. For the appetizer I would say both the bacon and Caesar salad were a great choice. The desert option was super heavy on the whipped cream, but if that’s your thing you’ll like it. The das boot great neck iced tea and the fig and sage drinks were worth every penny.

My husband and I have been dining here for over twenty years whenever we’re in Vegas and it has always been a favorite. Having lived in Paris France I can say that the food is truly authentic French Bistro style and the quality and service has never disappointed us.

A large selection of foods from around the world. Waited ages to be seated though. Reservation was at 13:30 but sat at 14:00. The hour and half starts from the time you sit down. A concoction of juices were available. Alcoholic drinks you gave to pay for. Soft drinks and coffee within the price. When we left noticed they had changed the foods round with fresh dishes. Overall a good experience. Realistically, I had breakfast lunch and dinner all combined. Would highly recommend.
