Restaurants near Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Downtown

We arrived about 30 minutes early for our reservation and the hostess suggested we wait at the bar. We found a table and the view of the center of restaurant was absolutely beautiful with the Christmas trees and lights. Service was slow from cocktail waitress and I was disappointed that she brought my husband’s beer in a can and no glassware for the beer. This felt like we were at a college bar. My grapefruit cosmo martini was delicious! We were sat about 10 minutes after our initial reservation time on the second floor rail at a table for two. Again, I just loved our table. Our server was excellent and attentive! We started with soups and each had an entree. The food was excellent! We will be back!

I went with my husband to celebrate. The food was delicious. We enjoyed a seafood tower appetizer. The seafood included: lobster, shrimp, mussels, oysters, and clams. Fresh and delicious. The she crab soup was creamy with just the right amount of sherry. I highly recommend.

Staff was amazing, food was so great and the holiday decor was so festive!!!!

Service was great. Loved the "porch" area. I was disappointed that the breakfast potatoes weren't gluten free. They are listed as such on the menu, but they are fried in a shared fryer, so they are not gluten free. I ordered the grits instead, which tasted really weird. I couldn't pinpoint the spice they used. Just stick with salt and butter.

Always a staple when in Richmond. We had half half pizzas and it was great!
