I have been here multiple times since they opened. Every time the service has been fantastic and the food consistent. We are very impressed given it is a new restaurant.

Had the special of the day and a steak salad. Amazing! Drinks amazing as always!

We shared the braised short-rib egg rolls and shrimp-corvina ceviche as appetizers, and both were excellent. I had the Ahi Tuna, and my date enjoyed the lamb chops. Both entrees were generous size and exquisitely prepared. The cocktails and wine selection is superb. Frank was a wonderful, attentive server. The University Town Center venue was new to us, and is spectacular. It shares the intimate feel of the downtown venue, with romantic, understated decor. Highly recommended, we will be back.

We had a nice brunch experience at the Park Grille. The food and service was good and will return and dine again.

My wife and I enjoyed another spectacular evening Dinner reservation at Cassariano. Our server was Andrew, who was spectacular. Professional, polite, informative, and really picked up on our desire to have a relaxing enjoyable evening. His expertise was truly appreciated. He knows the menu and the wine list with ease. We have never had an unpleasant dining experience at Cassariano. One of our favorites at Lakewood Ranch. Thank you again to Andrew for making our Tuesday evening, a memorable one.
