Food excellent. Waiter was only interested in his tip. First off they put little bread dishes on table so you expect bread which never comes. I asked him after dinner and he said you have to ask for it. Well how about mentioning it. I’m not a mind reader. Then after dinner he presented the check and stood right over my shoulder. Made me extremely uncomfortable. We sat at our table after dinner for 15 minutes waiting for the tour. Didn’t know we had to go up front and ask hostess. Would have been nice if someone told us. So we just left. Again, excellent food. Owner needs to think about management

The entire dining experience reflected true Southern hospitality. The staff was extremely helpful and entertaining, as was the pianist. The food was superb and plentiful, and the pricing was quite reasonable. We look forward to returning soon, and hopefully we will be able to stay at the Inn portion of the establishment.

We went earlier in the evening, service was great, every staff we encountered had a smile on their face and made us feel welcomed even though we had a toddler. Food was great! I had a cup of she crab soup to start, shrimp and grits, then chocolate bread pudding. All great, especially the grits. Our son who wanted nothing to eat ate almost all his fries which is a great feat! Our server, who unfortunately I forgot her name was so kind and attentive. I know she is originally from NC. We will definitively come back on our next trip to Savannah.

Have made the rounds to several of Savannah’s best restaurants. Emporium Kitchen one of my favorites! Food is top notch! Had the French onion soup, the filet, carrots, and green beans. It was a Tuesday night so not very crowded but server was still attentive.
