From start to finish, the experience was excellent by combining quality food, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and attentive service. To begin, I ordered the chips and guacamole, which were fresh and well-prepared. For my main course, I selected the branzino. It arrived perfectly cooked and seasoned, highlighting the natural flavors of the fish without overpowering them. The watermelon margarita was refreshing with a subtle yet satisfying kick that elevated the drink. Service was equally impressive. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was seamless. One point worth mentioning, however, is the table arrangement. The seating is quite tight, with tables placed very close together. While it didn’t take away from the overall experience, it did lead to a moment where a nearby guest felt comfortable chiming into our conversation. A bit more space, perhaps an additional 2–3 inches between tables, would go a long way in creating a more comfortable dining atmosphere.

Mushroom Rose Pasta - very flavourful and good portion Crispy chicken bites with the secret sauce - excellent! Both the white and red sangria were refreshing.

This was our first time at Byblos. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They were also very patient and helpful in making food recommendations. Service was attentive and the food was excellent. We'll go back for sure.
